Welcome to our website.
Bruce Power is investing Billions to ensure our region continues to produce cost-competitive, low-emissions nuclear power in Ontario for decades to come.
We also believe we have a responsibility to reduce the amount of waste we produce while we refurbish our reactors, reducing our environmental footprint. That's why we believe recycling certain components of Steam Generators is the right thing to do. Bruce Power has a reputation of putting safety first, while protecting our environment, our community and the workers on our site.
This website is designed to build on our existing out reach efforts to put verified facts on the table and explain this initiative and why we believe it's the right thing to do. I hope you will find the information helpful and please check back for updates on a regular basis as we will be adding new material depending on the feedback we receive.
Regards
Duncan Hawthorne
